Crafted from our own Alberta-grown hard white wheat, this flour is stone-milled fresh and partially sifted. By removing a small portion of the bran, we create a flour that keeps the goodness of whole grain while offering a lighter colour, milder flavour and smooth everyday baking versatility.
Hard white wheat has the strength bakers look for, with a naturally lighter taste than traditional red wheat. It’s a great choice for breads, buns, pizza dough, rolls, tortillas, muffins, pancakes, cookies and other everyday favourites where you want whole grain nutrition without an overpowering wheat flavour.
Carefully stone-milled with intention, this is flour made the way it should be, from good grain, grown well.
