Our hard white wheat mills into a whole wheat flour that is high in protein and best for doughs needing a strong gluten structure. Hard white wheat flour has a naturally lighter taste and colour than hard red wheat flour. Add it to your breads, buns, sourdough, pancakes and more!

Wheat berries are also great cooked and added to soups, salads, grain bowls or our favourite - Kutia!
